I had a party to attend tonight, and I wanted to enjoy it. Getting ready with an active toddler may be a little chaotic but not impossible; you need much patience and the right makeup tools to attain the desired makeup look. As I was attired in a blue gown, I decided to do shimmery blue-grey eye makeup with bright pink lips for that added contrasting effect. The party makeup look is very different from my usual makeup style, and I think it is good to incorporate change in your daily makeup looks once in a while.
I start my makeup look by prepping my face using a primer. A primer helps to blur out your pores and aids the next steps of makeup application thus preventing cakey and textured skin. Layer your base with foundation. I am using the Nars foundation. The best thing about their foundation is that it has a huge variety of shades to suit multiple skin tones. Go in with concealer. I am using the Nars concealer underneath my eyes to brighten them.
Next, I am using the Patrick Star Visionary Eyeshadow Palette to create a cut crease style blue shimmery eye makeup look. I am using eyeliner to complete my eye look to solidify the cut crease and line the hood of my eyes.I am using mascara to add more definition to my eyes to volumize my eyelashes and make them look bigger.

Focusing on your eyebrows can help you to fine-tune your look to perfectionism. Always try to brush out your eyebrows with a clear gel, at least. I am using tinted brow gel to fill and make my eyebrows look fuller. Gradually moving towards the end of my makeup look, using the Nars blush shade in orgasm, I color my cheeks. To top it all off, I use a highlighter on my cheekbones, the inner corner of my eyes, chin, the bridge of my nose, and also on the brow bone for that lifted, highlighted look. This finished my party makeup look, and I hope you guys enjoyed it. I got all my products from Sephora to create this look.
